Prior to any chemical work, a patch test is required 48hrs in advance or a disclaimer is to be signed.  Patch tests are to be renewed every 6 months.  All chemical work is unsuitable for under 16 years.

No Test or Disclaimer = no Chemical Work, sorry.

We now take deposits online, over the phone or face to face when you pop in to book an appointment. A deposit of 30% when booking online and a deposit of 30% is required over the phone or face to face. 

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Notice for cancellations – 48hrs.  If 48hrs notice is not given then deposit will be lost.  If booking is cancelled and re-booked then the deposit will be carried over to the new booking.

Training Day discounts are available on Mondays only with our Junior Perm & Colour Sytlist Technicians, Erin and Cohen.
